Gamers Guild will be suspending events until end of March

COVID-19 Update

Due to the escalation of precaution recommended by our federal and state government and the CDC, Gamers Guild will be suspending all events and most in store play until the end of March.

We’ve stayed open during hurricanes, ice storms, power outages and more and we intend to stay open for retail business and limited in store casual play now.

It would be irresponsible to not act in the best interests of the customers that have carried us so far. As a community you have made us great and as a community we hope you understand the position we are in and the responsibility we feel in taking our best care of you.

We hope this time passes quickly and without incident and hope you all remain well.

The situation is very fluid so check back often for the most up to date store info in case we move to a complete in store play ban etc.

For the time being we will be greatly reducing the number of tables and chairs available for in store play. This will help us ensure some social distancing and allow us to more easily disinfect areas of use.

Current leagues will be paused and resume where they left off when event play is allowed once again.

RPG groups are encouraged to postpone current game sessions. Small groups will be allowed to play in shop if they choose but we ask session times to be limited to no more than two hours.

We will be adhering to a reduced hour schedule in this window with hours being 11am to 9pm. That may not seem like a big change but 9pm will be a firm cut off.

During this period we will be offering some discounts to help you pass the time at home.

25% off all Board Games

20% off all Magic and other CCG product (including singles) not offered at a better discount.

Take an additional 10% off all Games Workshop items.

20% off all FUNKO collectibles.

20% off all RPG Books and accessories.

If you have Magic card lists you want to pick up, we would prefer if you emailed them to us ([email protected]) or Facebook message them to us so we can pull them for you ahead of time. This is not a requirement but would help us help you all more efficiently.

Thank you all in advance for your help and understanding during this unprecedented time. We do not choose to take this action lightly and hope that when we return to normal activities you all help us return even better.

Take care of yourselves and thanks for being the best community we could hope for!
